The Body-Solid GFID71B is built for serious training with an 11-gauge, 2" × 3" commercial steel frame and DuraFirm™ extra-thick upholstery for stable, all-angle pressing and accessory work. Quickly dial your setup using the ladder-style back (6 positions) and pull-pin seat (7 positions) to lock in strong, repeatable posture for presses, rows, curls, dips, and ab work.
An included T-bar leg hold-down secures you for decline presses and crunches, while transport wheels make repositioning effortless. The GFID71B is commercial rated and designed to handle daily training in home studios and light commercial facilities.
Finish: Black (New in 2024). Expand with optional GLDA3 Leg Developer, GPCA1 Preacher Curl, and GLRA81 Lat Row (sold separately).
