Boost your rack’s versatility with the Body-Solid GPRDH Dip Handles. These bolt-on handles attach to the inside of compatible racks to create a rock-solid dip station without increasing your footprint. Set them where you want for triceps-dominant dips, chest-forward dips, leg-raise variations, or assisted banded work — all with the stability you expect from Body-Solid.
Compatibility: GPR400, SPR250, SPR500, SPR1000 (attachment use only; cannot be used independently).
