The Body-Solid GWS100 Weight Sled is a compact, field-ready tank for building acceleration, top-end drive, and serious work capacity. Push, pull, or drag to target quads, hamstrings, and the entire anterior/posterior chain. A rugged heavy-gauge steel frame rides low and stable, while vertical & horizontal hand posts on both sides let you switch stances and grips without slowing down.
Load it fast with the center weight horn and removable posts that double as additional plate storage. Multiple attachment anchors pair with a belt or harness (sold separately) for sled drags, rows, and resisted sprints.
