The Body-Solid GCEC-STK delivers seated leg extensions and leg curls on one compact machine, isolating the quads, glutes, and hamstrings with smooth, consistent resistance. A meticulously engineered 7-gauge steel cam and rotary ROM adjuster optimize start/stop angles, while the biomechanically correct seat angle supports precise alignment and muscle isolation.

Seven-position adjustments on the back pad and leg hold-down fit users of all sizes. Oversized 8" foam rollers, ultra-thick DuraFirm™ pads, and an easy pull-pin transition make switching from extensions to curls fast and intuitive. Finished in black for a modern look (some alternate photos may show prior gray finish).
