The Body-Solid SPRJAM Pro Clubline Jammer Arms add a whole new dimension of explosive training to your Body-Solid SPR1000 Power Rack. Built from 3" × 3", 11-gauge steel with oversized industrial-strength hardware, these arms are engineered for the heaviest loads and the most demanding athletic facilities.
Each arm features an 11" chrome-plated weight horn so you can fine-tune resistance with Olympic plates, plus rubber bumpers that protect your rack from scratches and keep noise down during hard sets. Innovative grip handles offer both neutral and angled positions, letting you program presses, pulls, and power movements from multiple angles.
