- Item ships through LTL freight in 1 box.
- The included delivery service is curbside only (where a car would park).
- We do not offer inside delivery
- Marcy Pro reserves the right to bill for additional fees incurred during delivery (such as garage delivery, limited access, front porch delivery, or detention fee).
- Delivery appointment will be made once freight reaches a destination terminal nearest you. Appointments can be scheduled Monday - Friday, during business hours with the freight carrier.
- Signature is required on a scheduled delivery date to receive the pallet. (If you are not present for your delivery, an additional fee will incur to schedule a new appointment).
