The Body-Solid GFID100B Flat Incline Decline Bench covers every bench angle you need for barbell and dumbbell training. A 14-gauge, 3" round steel mainframe delivers rock-solid stability with a 600 lb weight capacity, while independent back (ladder) and seat (pull-pin) adjustments lock you into strong, repeatable positions.
Lift comfortably with ultra-thick DuraFirm™ upholstery, then use the included leg lock-down with oversized rollers for secure decline presses and ab work. Transport wheels make it easy to move the bench in and out of racks or storage between sets.
Expand your setup with optional GLDA3 Leg Developer and GPCA1 Preacher Curl attachments (sold separately) to build a versatile strength station around the GFID100B.
