Body-Solid GFID31B Quick Ladder-Back Adjustment FID Bench
Rack-optimized FID bench with ladder back & T-bar hold-down — ideal for Home & Light Commercial gyms.
The Body-Solid GFID31B is purpose-built with a shortened base to fit cleanly inside Smith machines, power racks, and press racks, giving you proper positioning for incline presses, shoulder presses, and more. A quick, secure 6-position ladder-style back pad and 8-position seat pad lock in repeatable setups for confident lifting.
Train comfortably with thick DuraFirm™ upholstery, then lock in for declines and ab work using the included T-bar leg hold-down. Built-in transport wheels make it easy to move the bench in and out of racks. Rated for 600 lb capacity, it’s a rock-solid choice for home gyms and light commercial spaces.
