The Body-Solid G3S brings premium, selectorized performance to home gym owners who want commercial-style results in a compact footprint. Its multi-grip press arm supports chest, incline, and shoulder presses, while integrated mid-row handles let you row from a strong, upright position—no sitting on the floor—building a resilient mid and lower back.
Switch instantly between high, mid, and low pulleys with the no-cable-change layout to keep your workouts flowing: lat pulldowns, pressdowns, curls, ab crunches, rows, lateral raises, and more. The leg extension/leg curl station uses a SmoothGlide™ bearing and accurate pivot to align joints for powerful, knee-friendly reps. Add the optional Leg Press/Calf Press attachment for dedicated lower-body work (up to 420 lb resistance via 2:1 ratio).
