The Body-Solid GMFP-STK is a uniquely capable multi-press machine that blends traditional chest/shoulder presses with functional training arms for user-defined paths. Perform vertical shoulder press, incline and decline chest press from an adjustable seat, then move to the opposite side for standing shoulder presses and stability-ball work.
180° rotating pulleys deliver smooth resistance through multiple planes, recruiting stabilizers and reinforcing natural mechanics. The GMFP-STK includes nylon cable handles with multiple connection rings to fine-tune leverages and exercise variety.
