The TKO dual inner thigh adduction and outer thigh abduction machine is designed to save space and money by combining two commonly separate machines into one, multi-functional, single weight stack machine.
Its made with high gauge, durable, oval shaped steel tubing and coated in a graphite colored paint for protection against ware, tear, moisture, scratches, dings, and nicks.
Train commonly neglected muscle groups in your legs with this great machine. Many people know to do squats, leg press, quad extensions, hamstring curls, ECS, but often times leave out a very important couple of muscles, being the hip adductors and abductors.. These muscles are responsible for opening and closing the legs.
